All of us can remember times in our lives where we made a first impression on someone or they made one on us.  As the old saying goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression.

Try and remember a time when you were last “wowed” or “impressed” with someone or something when you saw it for the first time.  I can personally think of a first job interview back when I was right out of the Army and transitioning to civilian life. I got all dressed up in a suit trying to impress the interviewer. I can also remember being impressed by the first time I saw the newest Ford Mustang body style change.  I thought to myself, I sure could see myself driving in one of those beautiful cars.

In business and especially the service based business of towing, the first impression you typically make with a new customer is with your website.  That future new (potential) customer is most likely in their car on the side of the road and has no idea which towing service to call. They are going to search online to find a company with their smartphone.  Are you one of the towing companies that they could reach or even see when they search?
